Funky Mello Egg Rolls

A fun twist on egg rolls, these air-fried treats swirl together Nutella and marshmallow creme for a sweetly satisfying bite.

Ingredients:

• 4 egg roll wrappers
• 1/4 cup Nutella
• 1/4 cup Strawberry Funky Mello marshmallow creme
• Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean work surface with one corner facing you. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on the bottom third of one side of the wrapper and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the funky mello marshmallow creme on the bottom third of the other side.
2. Tightly roll up folding in the sides to form a log shape. The Nutella and funky Mello fillings will swirl together inside. Repeat with remaining wrappers and fillings.
3. Air fry at 370F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway during cooking time.
4. Dust with powdered sugar while hot and serve immediately.
