Fluffy Crispy Treats

We've had the MOST requests for this classic recipe, so here it is!

Adapted from How To Make Cereal Treats.

3 Ingredients

• 5 cups crispy rice cereal
• 4 tablespoons salted vegan butter
• 1 tub Funky Mello marshmallow creme (any flavor!)

Instructions

Grease an 8-inch square pan, a large mixing bowl, and a rubber spatula using butter or non-stick baking spray.

Pour the cereal into the bowl and set aside.

Add butter in the bottom of a medium saucepan and melt over low heat.

Spoon the creme into the pan and stir until the creme and butter come together into a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture over the cereal and toss to coat.

Spread the cereal mixture into an even layer in the square baking pan.

Cover and allow the treats to cool for about 2 hours before cutting into 16 squares.
